Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information

Account Security

Ownership of Generated Content

AI Generation Process

• Music is generated using API services
• Generated content is unique and not copied from existing copyrighted works

Content Licensing to Platform

By uploading or generating content on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Allow other users to stream your public content
• Create backups and ensure platform functionality

This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service in a lawful and responsible manner. You may:

• Enjoy music created by other users

Prohibited Activities

Subscription Plans

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal
• Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refunds and Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial billing periods
• Free trial cancellations have no charges

How Earnings Work

• You earn $0.001 USD per qualifying play of your music
• Plays must reach 80% completion to qualify for earnings
• Maximum one earning per user per song per day (prevents spam)
• All legitimate plays count, including your own plays of your music
• Artificial or bot plays are prohibited and will be removed
• Earnings are calculated and updated in real-time

Payout Terms

Earnings Disputes

• Disputed plays will be investigated within 7 business days
• Fraudulent play activity will result in earnings forfeit
• We reserve the right to withhold payouts during investigations
• Repeated violations may result in permanent earnings suspension

Platform Intellectual Property

Flowtiva AI owns all rights to:

• The platform software, design, and functionality
• Our brand name, logos, and trademarks
• Platform-generated metadata and analytics
• Our proprietary algorithms and processes

User-Generated Content Rights

• You retain ownership of your AI-generated music
• You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe others' rights
• We may remove content that allegedly infringes copyright
• You indemnify us against claims related to your content

Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright:

1. Contact us with detailed information about the infringement
2. Provide proof of your ownership or authorization
3. We will investigate and take appropriate action
4. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated

Service Availability
