More Than a Fart - Country
Jeffery Horton
Woke up this morning the sun shining bright
Had a little rumble. Something wasn't right.
Grabbed my coffee feeling bold but then came a sound
that never get's old. Let out a grate big fart.
It shook the walls. A thunderous echo that surely enthrall.
Thought it was nothing. Just gas on the rise.
But this wasn't normal. Oh what a surprise.
Turn up the music. Drown out the sound.
This ain't just a fart. It's a symphony found.
Rock and roll thunder crashing through the night.
More than a fart. It's a wild delight.
Started to sweat. It slipped right on through.
A shameful escape. Oh what can I do.
I felt it creeping a shameful attack.
But then it hit me like a runaway train.
Clenching my cheeks trying to hold on tight.
But there was too much pressure. Lost a good fight.
Closed my eyes and let it rip.
This wasn't just gas. It wanted to play.
Turn up the music. Drown out the sound.
This ain't just a fart. It's a symphony found.
Rock and roll thunder crashing through the night.
More than a fart. It's a wild delight.
Now there's a legend about the grate big blast
a story of courage of moments that pass.
When life gets messy just laugh it away.
Let the music guide you and dance through the fame.
Got my friends around. They're laughing it off.
We're bonding together despite the big Fart.
Life's too short to take it to serious.
Embrace the odd moments.
They can be delirious.
Turn up the music. Drown out the sound.
This ain't just a fart. It's a symphony found.
Rock and roll thunder crashing through the night.
More than a fart. It's a wild delight.
So when you wake up and the morning feels rough
just let it all go. Life's already tough.
Dance through it all. Laugh till you cry.
Cuz life's more than a fart. It's a wild delight.
